Try Honesty.

At this point in my life I've learned quite a bit.

Being honest is the best policy.

However,
when saying things to people's faces
that will clearly result in confrontation

it's best to hold your tongue.

If you need to write it down, that helps to get it out of your system

and if it's a fight you want then go right ahead.
